The Karate Kid

April 8, 2012.
We all lead by example and my suspicion is that our little guy had a good talk with his aunt, who is very accomplished in karate and some other martial arts.
It is said that martial arts increase self confidence and I can vouch for that, because I have seen the difference it made in her life. She started it when she was not even six years old and didn't even have a clue what karate was.
She liked it, stuck with it until she was in her twenties and worked hard for each new level which eventually earned her a black belt. I sure wouldn't be surprised if little Levi would follow in her footsteps and seeing his little suit, he is prepared and ready to go.
Smiles and a good mood are practically always present where Levi is concerned and he definitely should be given the highest possible award for that. If that would be represented by a black belt then that would by no means be a mistake.
It is well deserved!
