Merry Christmas!

Date of occurrence:
December 25, 2020.

The kids are excited for Christmas. We are excited for them, but a little sad as well. We won’t get to see or be with them due to the Corona virus. 

Thank the Lord for iPads, iPhones, and FaceTime. Bella, Lily, Londyn, and Kc are up early. They are eager to see what Santa brought them. 

The first their Mom hears is Londyn. She opens her present. It’s a small indoor trampoline. Londyn gasps and yells: “Mine!”

Lily gets a craft set, which happens to include a pair of scissors. She looks at her Mom and says:”but..., I am not supposed to have scissors.”

Nope, she will cut her hair. Grin. Kc makes out like a bandit. He gets a new tv and wall mount. I guess babysitting a lot pays off.

Bella is happy with all of the gifts, including her scout shirt which turns out to be too small. Sigh. Sophia... she sleeps through most of it.

Leo and Emmaly arrive just before christmas dinner. Leo has grown quite a bit and Emma has her ears pierced.

We get to talk to them for a bit. They too love their gifts.

We are thankful being able to share our dinner with aunt A. Hopefully, we can get together again next year.
