Yes, They Are

Date of occurrence:
April 30, 2022.

Lily runs her tablet out really quick.

So, we revert to old fashioned play.

She makes beautiful drawings.

She kneads all kinds of ‘meals’ out of Play-Doh.

And she keeps an ear out to the conversations taking place.

For instance: kc makes himself a plate of chicken nuggets.

The plate is almost overflowing and he can’t eat it all.

Me:”Ah, your eyes were bigger then your stomach, huh?”
Kc grins. Lily jumps off her chair and looks deep into her brother's eyes.

Her observation immediately leads to this remark:”Yes, they are!”
