Finger-licking Good

This weekend is dedicated to Lily. She will be staying with us till Sunday. It’s good to see her. It has been way too long.

She arrives at supper time and wants chicken nuggets with honey mustard. The chicken nuggets disappear in no time, but I notice she never dipped them in the sauce.
Me:”Hey, you ate your nuggets without the honey mustard. Did you even taste it?”

Lily dips her finger in the sauce.

She tastes it and is pleasantly surprised.

Lily:”Ohhh, THAT honey mustard! At school they have honey mustard too, at least it says it is, but it’s no good.”

Well, I suppose this one is.

The sauce is devoured… without nuggets.

Needless to say, it was finger-licking good! Grin.
