Kc sends me a picture of his watch. It recorded a very high heart rate. Oh my, what happened? Kc explains he had to hoist an ac unit on to the roof of the work place.

In combination with the heat, that resulted in this high rating. He is okay and made sure to hydrate. Knowing he is fine is a relief.

A little later he sends another photo of all the new tools he bought, because he needs them for/at work.

He is accumulating quite an impressive tool collection. He is also finding out something else…
