Anglers, Teeth, And Dinner

Date of occurrence:
September 9, 2018.

It's my Birthday again and we are eagerly anticipating the arrival of Bell, Lily, their Mom, aunt A. and Kc.

We don't have to wait long and as they step in, Bell shows me the stuffed reindeer aunt A. had gotten each of them from one of her trips.

Aunt A. (pointing at the reindeer's antlers: "Bell, what are these called?"
Bell: "Anglers. Oh no, antlers."

I look at Bell as she smiles.

I know she lost two teeth in a very short amount of time.

Me: "Bell, show me your new teeth."
She shows me her two new teeth which are already very visible.
Me: "Wow. Those sure are pretty big."

Her Mom laughs and tells us Bell looked like a little shark at one point. She had two rows of teeth, because the new ones came in right behind her baby teeth and it took a while before the latter came out.

Bell can put her new teeth to good use by sinking them into the delicious food that is on the menu, because they are taking me out to dinner.

A Chinese buffet. My favorite!:-)
