Manatees

January 19, 2020.

The scouts are on an exciting camp-out this weekend. Besides visiting a zoo and exhibition, they are going swimming with the Manatees today.

They all get wet suits and snorkels and in the water they go.

Aunt A. doesn't feel very comfy around those giants. She gets out of the water quicker then she got in. Kc on the other hand, loves it and has the time of his life.

Kc has a lot to tell when he comes back.

Kc: "They were huge!"

We: "Were you scared?"

Kc: "A little bit at first, but it was so cool."

One of the Manatees is pregnant and they see another one nursing her baby.

All the things the scouts go and do are so cool. Some of them are a once in a life-time adventure.

We are thankful Kc gets to experience them!
