Grounded

April 7, 2021.

Things don’t always go so well, especially not when you get in a tiff with your Mom, slam the door, and wake up your sisters.

Kc found that out when he did all of the above. He lost his Xbox, phone, and is sentenced to go to work with his Mom today.

By the time they get back, Kc is so tired.

His feet are hurting.

His once white shirt changed color.

He worked his booty off.

He is going back tomorrow.

He might get some compensation for it then.

Not today though. Mom wouldn’t allow it. No payment for punishment.

He did seem to like working in the car repair place and is looking forward to tomorrow.

One thing is for sure. Mom told him this morning he would be too tired tonight to slam doors.

She was right about that!
