Happy New Year!

Date of occurrence:
January 1, 2022.

The boys are spending the week with us. The initial plan was to swap them out for the girls after a couple of days, but Sophia came down with a virus and could have given it to her sisters, who could infect us.

Mom doesn’t think it’s a good idea to take the risk and let’s Kc and Leo stay longer. That suits the boys fine. They enjoy their time by being on their electronics and, as most teenage boys do, make a huge dent in our food supplies. Grin.

We talk to the girls through FaceTime. Sophia and Londyn are already asleep. We assure the big girls they will spend time with us as soon as possible. They are looking forward to it and so are we.

And with that, we part ways. At least for the moment.
