See You Later, Alligators!

Date of occurrence:
June 12, 2022.

The older kids are looking forward to the day. Aunt A. Is taking Kc, Leo, Emmaly, Isabella, and Lily to an alligator farm. They first attend church, have lunch, and off they go.

It takes about an hour drive to get there, but it’s worth it. The kids get to see alligators, snakes, and other reptiles. They even get to hold a baby gator and pet a snake.

After all that excitement, it’s time for some refreshments and souvenirs.

Then they head over to our house, where they will spend the rest of the afternoon and evening.

It is hot and the first thing they do after they arrive is get a cold drink.

The girls disappear in the bedroom to play and the boys occupy themselves with their phones.

We have pizza and cheesecake for supper and watch a movie afterwards.

The time to go home arrives quickly, but we can’t let them go without taking a picture.

Bye kids. See you later, alligators! Grin.
