Teaching A Lesson

There are new house rules in the kids’ house: YOU make the mess, YOU clean it up. Not your mom, brother, or sisters, but you. Londyn grasps the concept real quick. How do we know? Because of the following.

Lily comes to her mom and asks: “Can Londyn and I talk to you for a minute?” Sure they can and Lily calls Londyn.

Lily informs mom that Londyn is telling Sophia to make a huge mess in their room. And here is Londyn’s explanation:

Londyn: “Well, Sofia wasn’t here and doesn’t know the new rule.

So, I tell her to make a mess.

After she has done that, I will tell her to clean it up.”

Mom: “Why would you do that?”

Londyn: “So she can learn the lesson.”

And there you have it! LOL.
