Eagle Scout Court of Honor

Today is the day we all have been working for. It has been nine years in the making and the past two months organizing. Yes, it is Kc’s Eagle Scout Court of Honor.

The table with memorabilia is set up quick. The cakes are set out along with all the good food Kc’s mom prepared. Kc is a little nervous. He is giving a speech, but doesn’t like talking in front of people.

The ceremony goes real well, including the speech and the planned surprise for aunt A. Kc honored her with a mentor pin, which she didn’t know she would get.

The turn out was more than we expected. Even some scoutmasters from when Kc was a Cub Scout were present. It was all great and well deserved.
