Small Girl, Big Words

Londyn is so excited about going to school. She remembers meeting and playing with a little girl when she went to meet the teacher.

Londyn: “she was nice, but a little skittish.”

Isabella and mom look at each other.
Isabella: “Skittish?”
Londyn: “Yeah. You know, a little nervous and a little scared.”
Isabella: “I know what it means. I didn’t know you knew that word.”

Neither did mom, nor did we.

That goes to show you how quickly this 4 year old picks up words and even understands them.

Yup, this small girl knows big words. I have no doubt she understands this word…

Smarty-pants! Lol.
