Time Flies
As I probably already have mentioned several times before; we like taking drives and explore. Our oldest grandson enjoys it as well and besides pointing out the cars he wants, he also clearly states which house he likes and wants to own.
The little guy has no notion yet of what all is involved in buying a house. He will find out soon enough he will need a mortgage in order to call himself the proud owner of an abode.
There is more to it than that; he needs to ensure his credit is good, but an excellent credit score would even be better. The same goes for people who would like to refinance; the better the credit score, the more financial doors open.
I hope our little guy will be able to get a house he likes and that it will appreciate quickly. The latter would mean that he could take out a home equity loan and use the extra cash for whatever needs to be paid.
Even though it will still take many years before he may be in a position to purchase a house, it is not that far away; time flies!
