Sneak Attack
Date of occurrence:
April 15, 2011.
the little guy is fascinated by and with TV and has been glued to it all morning. Occasionally, he asks for something to eat or drink, but for the most time he sits quietly and just watches.
After a little while, he decided he wanted to play outside, but there was so much wind, kicking up a lot of dirt, it was just not the type of weather to be in.
In spite of our explanation why he couldn't, he still tried to go out of the office door.
"No, no, Leo. You can't go outside. Don't open the door."
He tried it anyway, until Opa warned him not to open that door anymore.
He turned around and went back in the living room. All of a sudden, we hear what sounded like a door being pulled closed. Yup, the little rascal had launched a sneak attack and went outside, using the door in the living room. How clever!
When I looked outside, he was standing on the patio and had a hard time not to be blown away. It didn't take any convincing at all getting him back inside; he was more then willing.
I guess he had to find out for himself that playing in this wind was no fun today! :-)
