Book Report

Date of occurrence:
November 16, 2016.

Kc's class was given an assignment last week; they had to read a book of their choice and turn a small pumpkin into one of the book's characters.

Kc decided to read 'Miss Laney is Zany' and did a good job of answering all the questions for his book report. He would have to do a presentation as well and so we practiced a few times.

Then it was on to the fun stuff.

He is not very handy when it comes to creativity.

He may come up with some ideas, but he has no clue how to execute them and therefore I helped him out a little.

I gave him some tips, told him where and how to glue it on the pumpkin, and Miss Laney took shape pretty quick.

The next day she went off to school and the wait began. We were anxious to find out how his presentation went and what grade he received.

The wait is finally over. He informed us he did his book report and presentation today and all went well.

It must have. He got an A- for it!
