Lily's Conversation

Date of occurrence:
October 13, 2017.

The phone rings and Opa picks up. A little voice says: "Hi, Opa!"
Opa: "Lily? Is this Lily? How are you, sweetheart?"
Lily: "Fine."

They have a short conversation and Opa is impressed with how well our 2-year-old Lily is talking. We hear Lily's Mom in the background, telling her to say 'America'.

Lily: "Merica!"
Opa: "America."
Lily: "Merica."

We all think that is so funny and laugh.

Lily: "Bye, Opa."

Opa says his goodbyes and hands the phone over to Kc who wants to talk to his Mom.

Both Opa and I think that was a real treat. We ought to call and talk to the little critter more often.

It was too cute!
