The Aftermath
Date of occurrence:
July 1, 2018.
The roller skating was great fun and although we had tickets to get in for free, it comes at a price.
Emmaly got up this morning complaining she hardly slept. Her entire body was aching and her legs are hurting. Some children's Ibuprofen makes short notice of that.
Kc gets up and can barely move his left arm. That's not good and we decide it is better to be safe than sorry. And off to the ER we go.
We don't have to wait too long.
X-rays are taken and show nothing is broken.
Tylenol is administered and Ibuprofen is subscribed for the next several days.
Kc also has to wear a sling for a while to let his arm heal.
He is not very happy with that, but grins and bears it. Hm, let me rephrase that. He bears it.
The grin is hardly anywhere to be found! :-)
