Bum Back
Date of occurrence:
September 9, 2018.
On our way back from my Birthday dinner, Lily is excitingly chewing on her bubblebum as she calls it. She takes it out of her mouth a couple of times and her Mom warns her if it comes out again, she will loose it.
All goes well for a few minutes, but Lily either forgot, or decided to ignore the warning and takes the gum out of her mouth again.
Lily's Mom: "Okay, that's it. Hand it over."
Lily: "Noooooo."
Lily's Mom: "You were warned. If you took it out of your mouth again, you would loose it. Now, give me the gum."
She reluctantly hands over the bubblegum to her Mom and starts crying.
Lily sobs loudly: "I want my bum back. I want my bum back!"
That is not happening, unfortunately for her.
What a bum-mer!
