Trip No. 2

Date of occurrence:
July 20, 2021.

The van is loaded and everyone is ready to go. They have to wait, since Lily can't find her shoes. It takes her a while, but the footwear is finally where it belongs and off they go.

They are several minutes on the way, when...
Bella: "I don't have my shoes!"
Mom: "WHAT?"
Bella: "I don't have my shoes!"

Mom turns the van around and heads back home. Kc will run inside and get Bella’s shoes.
Mom: "Where are your shoes?"
Bella: "I don't know. Maybe in my room? Oh, wait. They are right here in the van."

By that time they are almost back home and Mom decides to stop at the house.. She needs a pick me up in the form of coffee and a couple of other things they thought of.

Kc is the designated ‘go-getter’. He runs in, gets the needed/wanted items, and off they go again.

Attempt no. 2 for trip no. 2!
