Speaking With An Accent
Date of occurrence:
June 10, 2011.
Even though little Kc's speech has improved by leaps and bounds, it still isn't quite what it is supposed to be for a four and a half year old and his mom decided to take him to a speech therapist.
Of course the little guy saw a lot of fun in that and thought he would joke around with the therapist by telling her his name was 'Three' and his brother's name was 'Two'.
After having a little talk with him, she came to the conclusion that the little guy was not only really smart, but it also seemed like he was speaking with an accent which she couldn't identify.
Kc's mom pointed out that Oma is Dutch and has an accent, but according to the therapist that was not it, but some speech therapy would take care of the problem.
I don't know; it still makes me wonder if my accent rubbed of?

Our beloved little KC is really a very smart boy. He'll grow up to be a very fine young man :)
Audrey,
Yes, they all grow up fast: way too fast! :-)
