Stock Up

This post brought to you by Quaker Oats. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am not the kind of person who gets up in the morning and immediately goes for something to eat; I have to wake up first before I can even think about breakfast. When I do however, I prefer something quick, easy and tasty, like a bowl of cereal for instance.

Since I have a rather well working metabolism, cereal doesn't hold me over until lunch and halfway through the morning my stomach demands more fuel and that is where a nutritious Quaker Soft Baked Bar would fit the bill perfectly.

The bars come in two delicious flavors and it would be a hard call having to choose between the Cinnamon Pecan Bread and the Banana Nut Bread, since I love both. I think I would ensure to have enough of both flavors of this wholesome food in stock, so I can alternate.

The bars are made with real fruits and nuts and provide 5g of fiber, 6g of protein, and are a good source of 5 B-vitamins, while containing only 140 calories. That turns them into an excellent breakfast snack, snack on the go and, when heated up in the microwave, tasty treats in the afternoon.

There is no doubt in my mind these Quaker Soft Baked Bars would be gone in no time where our family is concerned; there is not one person I can think of who wouldn't take advantage of the presence of these low calorie, delicious snacks.

Yes, It really would be wise to stock up!
