Making The World A Bit More Colorful

Date of occurrence:
June 2, 2012.

Levi is 4 months and almost 2 weeks old now and considered to be big enough to handle some more tastes of all that life has got to offer. In this case, that is meant in the literal sense of the word; our little guy's digestive system is developed to the point where it can and needs to slowly get accustomed to solid food.

It's always a big step and rather exciting finding out what does and/or doesn't please those little taste buds. Levi had no problems coping with the new flavors which fruit had to offer and loved every bite of it, until he found out that those delicious substances could be used for more purposes then just filling his little stomach.

To Levi, the effects and results of this other application of a spoonful of fruit were amazing. To him mom they were as well, but in a more negative way and I can't blame her for not sharing very much in his enthusiasm and excitement.

The little rascal thought it was funny to see where all that fruit went when he would blow at the spoon, filled with fruit, as soon as it approached his mouth.

Those new impressions and experiences had to be shared with his playpen friend and our little guy did so as soon as he got the chance. He told him all about how he made the world a bit more colorful!
