Scrapbooking
Date of occurrence:
November 6, 2014
Kc is sick and is staying home from school. He has been sniffling for about a week now and woke up yesterday morning with a slight fever and a cough that would make our dog jealous.
We decided to keep him home from school, got him some medications and hoped he would feel better today. He is not feeling up to snuff yet, but at least the fever has gone. We consider that to be a step in the right direction.
He has been playing for a while, but is getting bored. I am scrapbooking and he watches me closely.
The thought crosses my mind he might like to create something as well and he grabs the opportunity with both hands.
I give him some paper and grant him permission to use scrapbooking scissors, glue, and stickers.
He is having a ball and fabricates something in no time flat. Then his creativity gets the best of him.
He churns out page after page, until I put a stop to it. I have to.
If I don't, there won't be a single scrap left!
