Snow. No! No! No!

Date of occurrence:
December 9, 2017.

It snowed last night, which is a rare occurrence in our neck of the woods.

Everything is covered in a thin, white layer this morning, but the weather prediction says it will melt quickly as soon as the sun comes up.

We take advantage of the early hours and snap a few pictures. We hope the kids get a chance to play in the snow. Lily and Bella have never seen this kind of precipitation, let alone played in and with it.

Their Mom doesn't let this opportunity pass by and the kids go out. Kc has already had his share of snow when he was living in Kansas. He knows how cold it is and also how much fun it can be. Lily and Bella on the other hand don't and are in awe.

They feel the snow, taste the snow, and play with it.

Of course they can't miss out on a good, ole snowball fight.

Lily watches the latter unfold and decides this is not for her.

She makes that very clear too.

Lily: "No! No! No!"

Without hesitation, the little critter turns around and heads inside as fast as her little legs will let her. She comes back out again later, when the coast is clear.

The children are in agreement that snow is fun. Although it depends on what you do with it as far as Lily is concerned. A snowball fight is definitely not her cup of tea.

No! No! No!
