Yummy In The Tummy

Date of occurrence:
February 27, 2018.

Supper time comes around and just as I am about to go to the kitchen to fix us all a burger, Bell comes up to me and asks: "Can I have a snack?"
Me: "Nope. I am going to make us supper."
Bell: "Supper? It is supper time already?"
Me: "Yes, it is."
Bell: "Yay. Supper!"

It doesn't take long before we all sit down at the table with our burgers. Bell truly enjoys her meal and doesn't hesitate to make it known.
Bell: "It is yummy in my tummy."

Lily looks at Bell and asks: "Yummy in tummy?"
She tends to differ and shows it by reluctantly eating only half of her burger.

Bell on the other hand devours her food, takes her plate to the kitchen and is looking forward to the dessert she picked out previously.

Bell: "Now I get dessert!"

Me, pretending I forgot: "Yes, you do. What was it again?"
Bell: "An apple. Remember?"
Me: "Ah. Now I remember."

I cut up her apple.

That too is gone in no time.

I have a slight suspicion.

That was yummy in her tummy as well!
