The Pineapple

Date of occurrence:
July 22, 2019.

Emmaly's pineapple plant has grown by leaps and bounds and is fixing to deliver it's first fruit.

Emmaly is mighty proud of 'her' plant.

She is amazed to see the pineapple starting to take shape.

I don't think we can harvest it before she goes home.

I promise her though we will freeze some, so she can have a taste.

She is happy with that compromise.

And now we wait till the time is ripe.

Oops, I mean the pineapple is ripe! Grin.
