Splitting In Two

Date of occurrence:
October 9, 2011.

Our grandsons are looking forward to coming over and especially because they can go and play outside. We try to let them run around and get it 'out of their system' as much as possible, but there are times when it is not always possible due to rain, heat or cold.

The difference between both the boys is becoming more and more clear; little Kc loves going outside, playing in his truck or on his bike and pretending to get gas or going to the grocery store. He can't be outside long enough.

Little Leo on the other hand loves to throw and kick a ball around, runs up and down the yard, enjoys covering the patio and anything else when given the chance in chalk and prefers to play with any toy his brother leaves unattended. After a little while he has enough and wants to go inside.

That can present a problem, since Kc wants me to stay outside with him and Leo needing a watchful eye. Accommodating as Kc is, it usually ends up with all of us going inside.

I try alternating it to where they both take turns having their way, but yeah, sometimes it would be very convenient if I could split myself in two! Grin.

Audrey,
Some day you will know what I mean, haha.

God's Grace.
