The Book Worm
Date of occurrence:
November 5, 2011.
The difference between the boys is becoming more and more obvious as they grow older. Where Kc likes to interact, socialize, and stay busy, Leo has moments where he withdraws into his own space and needs some time to spend in his own little world.
He usually does it by completely getting into the cartoons on TV, but lately he found something else which piques and keeps his interest: books.
While Kc was taking pictures of anything he could find, Leo suddenly disappeared and after checking on him, here is how and where I found him: in his bedroom, 'reading' a book.
Even though he can not read yet, the technological devices of the present tell him out loud any sentence in the book; all he has to do is swipe the reader over it.
I am having mixed feelings about that. Yes, it is convenient at times, but it sure takes away from the intimacy and bonding of reading a book to him.
At least I am glad he likes these old-fashioned sources of entertainment and information. He may turn out to be a book worm! :-)

Could it be a typo error - 2011? :)
Both little KC and Leo are so special and unique. Each with their own preferences. God has made them so wonderfully.
Take care, Lieve Zus (((HUGS)))
Audrey,
