There Are Girls There
Date of occurrence:
January 27, 2012.
After getting over his initial disappointment of his phone being taken away, Kc moved on to more pleasant experiences which he wanted to share. He mentioned he and Leo had met their new teachers, but the most important thing he had to share was the following:
Me: "Did you like your new teacher?"
Kc: "Yes and hey, Oma? There are girls there!"
We started laughing and I couldn't help but tease him by saying that he didn't like girls. He knew I was just making fun of him and his adoration for girls and he grinned out loud.
He tactically moved on to another topic and mentioned how he was making a list for us. It has smiley faces, birthday cakes, rain, and all kinds of other things on it.
How sweet. We hope he saves it and brings it when they come over, so we get to see it. Just like his cute, girl-remark, it will find its way into his memory book! :-)
