Our Cub Scout

September 22, 2014.
A few weeks back, Kc came home from school with a paper announcing the Boy Scouts were coming to school to talk about scouting and giving the option to sign up and join.
Oddly enough, Opa and I previously had already been talking about and pondering upon how Kc might like being a cub scout, seeing how much he likes spending time in the outdoors. We hadn't asked him yet and had set it aside for the time being.
After having attended the Scout meeting, Kc was really excited about all involving and evolving around being a scout and sure enough, he wanted to join.
We didn't hesitate and signed him up last week.
Today, he is ready to go to his first cub scout meeting and loaded for bear. Oh wait, he first has to become a bobcat and a then a wolf before he will be a bear.
We have a suspicion it won't take him long getting there!
