The Gash
Date of occurrence:
September 7, 2014.
While Kc is helping his mom at her work, he opens a door that has an aluminum bar at the bottom which was sticking out a little.
In his efforts to be of assistance, he is not paying attention to it and hits his foot right on the corner of the bar.
A pretty deep cut just beneath his ankle is the result.
Mom, who knows the ropes when it comes to handling these situations, sterilizes the cut and uses butterfly band aids to pull and hold the gaping wound together.
We feel sorry for Kc, but he assures us he was being brave. According to him, it didn't even hurt. There is no doubt in our minds he is telling us the truth.
He has always been a tough little man!

He is trying to, lieve zus. It's not really working. Last week he fell and busted his knee and a couple of days ago he scraped his back on the wall while trying to find his bed in the dark. Poor little critter.
I told him to be careful and he says he is trying.
