The Cleaning Bug Update

Date of occurrence:
August 17, 2016.

Kc got up early this morning. Much earlier then normally. Within no time he is dressed, groomed, and got all his chores done.

Me: "Wow, little man. You are on the ball today."
Kc: "You know why I got up so early, don't you?"
Me, smiling: "Yes, I do know. Okay, go ahead."

His eyes are gleaming and a big smile adorns his face as he grabs the new vacuum cleaner. He introduces it to all the rooms of the house and proudly states he did all the work for me. Well done, little man.

Again he tells Opa about the on/off switch on the handle and all the blue indicators lighting up when you turn the vacuum cleaner on. We are still baffled by his excitement and fascination with our new addition. It doesn't stop there.

When aunt A. comes to pick him up for church this evening, he tells her all about it. After getting back, he shows her the vacuum cleaner, demonstrates it for her, and insists she tries it too. We all think his elation is hilarious, but endearing.

She tries it and is sold. She enjoys it and says she would like to have a similar one.

Something tells me our oldest grandson would make a perfect salesman!
