Most Wonderful Day Ever

Date of occurrence:
September 28, 2018.

It's time to pick the little man up from school. He opens the door of the van to get in and immediately says: "This was the most wonderful day ever!"
Wow, we don't hear that very often.

Me: "Tell us all about it."
Kc: "I saw Jasmine at PE today and I told her that I liked her."
Opa: "You did? Why did you decide to do that?"
Kc: "I have been thinking about it and I thought I just tell her."
Me: "And what did Jasmine say?"
Kc: "She just looked at me and I asked her if there was something wrong. She said she was shocked to hear that I liked her."
Me: "Well..., what happened next?"
Kc: "I asked her if she liked me too and she smiled really big and said yes!"
Me: "So, does that mean you are boyfriend and girlfriend now?"
Kc: "I don't know."

We laugh. It is obvious it doesn't matter to him. He is on cloud nine and enjoys the rest of his day.
