Is Silence Golden??

Date of occurrence:
November 24, 2008.

It is quiet in our home, way too quiet to my likings. The kids and the babies have left and are going to live with son-in-law's grandparents for a while.

As far as their plans for the future go, there is no telling. The plans change from moment to moment and at the moment, they are considering selling their trailer and eventually moving into an apartment. We don't think that is such a good plan, since the trailer is entirely paid for.

They are shooting for a 3-room apartment, so the boys can each have their own space. The rent is pretty high though and it would be another financial burden on them. One they definitely don't need. They have to live their own lives and make their own decisions though. All we can do is give advice.

We miss the boys. Not that we can not see them. We can any time we like. So, we should not complain. There are many grand parents and even parents, who do not get to see them at all.

In the mean time however, it is too quiet to my likings.

Silence is not always golden. :-)

Hi Corry,

Cheer up grandma is what my lit'l buddies would say we love you so much! With my two daughters they have been all over the world [Being Military ] and I used to have to make the most when they did come home ? I didn't get to spend a whole lot of time when they grew up but I cherished every minute ?

Blessings.

Grandpaw,
Thanks so much for the heads up, we are definitely going to take your advice when they would be moving away.

Yes, we enjoy the boys and they have been staying over here a lot, with April in the hospital. She was supposed to be dismissed last night, but we haven't heard anything yet. No news is good news I suppose. :-)

I am so glad you noticed it was a video. We thought it was priceless as well. :-D

Many blessings to you and the cuties today!

God's Grace.
