Oma Come Visit?

January 20, 2011.
Since I am still contagious due to the Shingles, I can't visit with the grandchildren. That doesn't mean we don't stay in touch; Opa went over for a visit and of course I got to talk to our little guys over the phone.
Leo doesn't say much; after the usually "Hi", he may throw out some words and before you know it, he has moved on to a toy and leaves you talking in the air.
Kc on the other hand won't give up the phone and loves to interact. He asked me why I hadn't come with Opa and wanted me to come over too. I explained why I couldn't and when he understood I was sick, he ensured I would come and see him as soon as I was better.
Of course I will. If there is no good reason, then no amount of wild horses can keep me from seeing our grandbabies! :-)
