Future Furniture
We were looking at our patio furniture yesterday and pretty much agreed it needs to be replaces. Several of our chairs are broken, which was to be expected since they are made out of plastic and were rather cheap, but we don't know yet which route to go.
Right now, we have Adirondack chairs and the grandchildren love to sit on them, lean back and relax. Maybe we will get a few of those again and purchase some other ones that are higher and make it easier for the elderly to get in and out from.
I have been playing with the idea of getting one of those Picnic Tables. It would provide more space for the kids to sit down at and play and we can even have lunch outside when the weather permits.
We always had a bench on the patio as well and I have no doubt we want to get another one. This time, I would like to have a sturdy one like those Park Benches and maybe even place it under the tree in our yard. That way, it will be shaded in the summer.
Our grandsons love playing outside and our yard is more then big enough to put playground equipment in it. They would thoroughly enjoy the climbing, swinging and sliding, but that would come with a huge problem.
We would have a hard time getting them back inside!
