Eager And Delighted

Even though there is some sadness over the departure of the grandkids and not being able to see them as much as we would like to, there is also the excitement and anticipation of the soon to be born newest addition to the family; our second youngest daughter will have her first baby and we are thrilled and looking forward to another grandson.

She promised to send us a picture of the ultra sound, but she probably forgot and that is okay. We know she has got a lot on her mind right now, getting ready and setting up the baby room, so we are not going to bug her about it and try to practice patience until his arrival.

His due date is suspected to be in or around the first week of February, but of course that is not set is stone; the little guy can decide to make his appearance sooner, or even later for that matter, which is fine as long as he is healthy and arrives without any complications for him and his mom.

One thing is for sure; whatever date the little guy picks, Opa and Oma are eager and delighted to make his acquaintance!
