A Fun Way Of Getting In Shape

This post brought to you by Spartan Race. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am not one of the youngest and certainly not one of the fittest anymore and even though I plan on getting in gear each day where exercise is concerned, there is always a justification for not doing it.

Walking on the treadmill is rather boring, but participating in a Spartan Race looks like tons of fun; it is outdoors, presents a challenge overcoming all kinds of obstacles, and the entire family can compete and, figuratively and literally speaking, get down and dirty.

There are obstacle courses held all around the world for beginners, children and women, the more experienced athletes, and marathon runners. Even though Spartan Race is not for the faint of heart, these mud and trail races are more satisfying then any other work-out and build up stamina through self discipline and determination and are a great way for tightening the family bonds.

Participants are provides with a daily workout, a weekly newsletter, inspiring blogs, and answers to all their questions, so they can make it to the finish line within 45 days.

Why not participate in a survival of the fittest, instead of finding ways to survive another, unhealthy day on the couch? Get off that couch, check it out for yourself, and sign up for a race. Don't wait too long to do it; the races sell out quickly!

HaHa! I agree with this sentence completely "even though I plan on getting in gear each day where exercise is concerned, there is always a justification for not doing it." HaHa! We're the best partners in exercise! :)
