It's Ringing Again
Date of occurrence:
December 29, 2011.
Hoping Kc's phone had been charged overnight, we called halfway during the morning just to find out it was still dead. They must not have unloaded the charger yet, or hadn't gotten around to putting it on charge.
We tried several times during the day, but without any luck. At 7:30 pm our phone rings, but we were too late getting to it and it turned out to be a missed call from the kids' daddy. We immediately called back, but no one answered the phone. Even calling several times was to no avail.
That sure worried us and we hoped everything was alright and you can imagine our relief when our oldest daughter called us about an hour later with the message to expect to hear from little Kc soon. He had called and talked to her and she had just gotten of the phone with him, because he was going to give Opa and Oma a call.
We decided not to wait and tried his cell phone again. This time it didn't go straight to the voice-mail; it was ringing again and he answered. We could tell he was happy his phone was finally working and he told us it was plugged in as we spoke. He wasn't the only one who was delighted with this fact.
So were we! :-)
