Detecting Metal

Something we had wanted to do for a long time, but never got around to, finally came to fruition; we have taken up metal detecting as our hobby. Although that may seem easy to do, it takes a while to recognize the sounds and determine if what is located is worth the effort and energy of digging up.

A good way to practice is in our own backyard and we already found half a bag full of different metal objects. Nothing of value so far, but that is a matter of how you look at it. That particular piece of fence we found was high quality precision Cutting & Band Sawing and probably invaluable to someone at that time.

There are many more items we found which make me wonder what the story behind them is and where it came from. Some may have been the result of Production Shearing by an Industrial Metal Supply Company with locations in Southern California such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County and Inland Empire, or Tucson and Phoenix in Arizona. You just never know.

What you can know though is that no matter what shape, profile, or metal product you need, it is either available or will be custom made to your specifications. From cutting and band sawing to production shearing to Laser Cutting; the item you need is quickly detected!
