Fit For A King

Date of occurrence:
March 30, 2017.

Kc truly enjoyed the Engineering Club at school and today the students are being rewarded with a fieldtrip. I signed up as a chaperone and will be trotting along, which suits our little man to a tee.

The trip includes a visit to the campus and library. After an early lunch the kids visit the engineering department and archeology museum.

Kc is impressed by the library and loves the tests they get to do by purifying water. The children watch the effects of dry ice, lounge with Albert Einstein, and the trip ends with a tour of the archeology museum and an examination of old artifacts.

He had a ball and, although I was tired after this three-week work-out consolidated in one day, so did I.

We got back to school later than anticipated, but that worked out well. Kc got an early dismissal and once home, we kicked back.

The fun and excitement didn't end there. Kc had expressed the desire to have king crab legs for supper.

We complied, although that is not going to happen too often. Grin.

His mouth was watering as I placed the plate in front of him and he devoured his meal.

It was a day and a meal to remember. It was fit for a king.

King Kc II!
