Stone Mountain
Date of occurrence:
April 11, 2017.
The scouts had organized a wonderful, fun-filled, 4-day trip to Stone Mountain. They arrived early on Saturday morning, took the cable car to the top of the mountain and saw the laser show that same night.
Kc loved the laser show and told us all about it today. He even found some examples on YouTube and showed them to us.
The next day was even more fun, because they spent the entire day at Six Flags.
All the scouts loved that and Kc got to go in some rides he had never experienced before. There was only one ride he said he would never go in again. Live and learn, huh?
On Monday they went on a hike and a bike ride. Aunt A. and Kc packed up after that, since aunt A. had to be back at work the next day.
They came home late last night and were both tired, but content. Kc gave Opa a big hug, changed into his pajamas and was asleep within 15 minutes of setting foot over the threshold.
He had a great time and Stone Mountain has another fan, or is it Six Flags? Maybe it is both?
That is not set in stone yet! :-)
