Do You Dare To Race To The Moon?

This post brought to you by Cafe Well. All opinions are 100% mine.

When our grandchildren were staying over, I noticed how quickly I was out of breath and energy. I am fully aware of the fact that I am not active enough and that does affect my health in a negative way.

There are not many exercises I can do, because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis, but others may have some good hints, tips, and advice concerning that and any other health related topics.

All that information can be found at Cafe Well; a social network for being and staying well, healthy and fit.

If you like to connect with others in the same position, or need more information on health related topics or lifestyle, this is the place to be.

Sponsored by HealthAmerica and hosted by Cafe Well, there is a great wellness program available for anyone who is a member; it is called 'Race to the Moon'.

Registering is free and participants can win some wonderful prizes by stepping it up a notch. Literally, that is; a free wireless pedometer keeps count of your steps and rewards you for reaching certain milestones.

It is a great challenge and if I were to create one, then I would dare my family members several times a day to participate in the following competition: who can take a hundred steps in the shortest amount of time.

It would be killing two birds with one stone; being more active and well and teaching our youngsters to count at the same time.

Getting healthy and being active has never been this enjoyable with the Race to the Moon program. Are you up to the challenge?
