Cute

Date of occurrence:
June 21, 2014.

Kc had gotten some money which he could spend on a toy and ever since it had been burning a hole in his pocket.

Aunt A. had to go to the store and Kc took advantage of that by asking her if he could go with her. She was more than happy to take him along and off they went.

As soon as they returned he didn't hesitate to show us his latest purchase: he had bought walkie-talkies and could hardly wait to insert the batteries and put them to the test.

At close range they worked fine and everyone had to have their turn talking to our little man. When Opa was talking to Kc, he asked him what his name was. That presented no problem and our grandson was quick to oblige by sharing it.

It got a little more difficult answering the question that followed, which was why he was called Kc? Unaware of the fact that he was named after his Opa, the little critter frowned and took a few seconds to think about the answer.

His eyes lit up when he found it and he replied: "Because it is cute". I won't dispute that. However, I think 'cute' is an understatement and I am not just referring to the name, but also to my two loved ones that go by it.

They are not only cute, but very loved, cherished and appreciated as well!
