Project And Appreciation

Date of occurrence:
May 4, 2015.

Our little man has a busy week at school ahead. He has a project to complete, plus it is teacher appreciation week.

As far as the project goes, he has finished it. He chose the coral snake as his subject and one of the requirements was to make an example of the chosen animal, by using any type of material.

We got out the play doh and the result was pretty cool.

Opa's suggestion to put it in a jar filled with some sand was brilliant and it turned out to look like a real, live, baby-coral snake.

Then it was my turn to finish a project. I had to come up with something for teacher's appreciation day.

I had no clue what or how, but I knew it wouldn't take long before I would come up with something.

I anticipated getting enough inspiration when going through my treasure trove of saved art and craft materials.

And it did. There are times when being a pack-rat pays off and several items led to this idea.

The results: Kc's project got an A and the gift was highly appreciated!
