The Perchance

Date of occurrence:
September 30, 2015.

Kc is up early and starts the day by announcing he is going to check the weather. He turns on the TV and finds the weather channel. He watches intently and shares his new found knowledge with us.

"We may want to bring a rain jacket, because they predict 51 perchance of rain today". We laugh at his 'perchance' and try to correct him. How great is the chance of it being percent?

We suppose he rather wants to be safe then sorry!
