Happy Independence Day

Date of occurrence:
July 4, 2016.

Emmaly decides she wants to look like Isabella.

After all, they are sisters and sisters should look alike.

She climbs up on the furniture, gets mom's scissors and... cuts of part of her beautiful, long hair.

That is only the start of the mayhem.
She gives Bell the scissors and tells her to cut her hair too.

Bell doesn't hesitate and cuts part of her hair.

Yes, again. This is already the third time Bell cuts her own hair.

She went from her hair being half way down her back to chin length and this time she cuts it even above her ear.

The girls are not finished yet. They think their new Elsa doll needs to join the sisterhood and cut the doll's long braid off.

It still doesn't end there.

Emmaly gathers up all the hair of the floor and tries to sneak it into the trash can in hopes of her Mom not noticing what just took place.

It is a little too late for that. The evidence is literally staring Mom in the face and she is fit to be tied.

Emmaly must have thought that since it is Independence Day she had the freedom to do as she pleased.

I hope you have a happy Independence Day. Emmaly didn't.

She cut herself short of a fun outing!
