A Boy And His Dog
Date of occurrence:
February 12, 2010.
Leo is 2 years old.
It seems like Leo is not afraid of anyone or anything. He does not hesitate to climb in, on and over whatever crosses his path and if that "whatever" happens to be our dog Mia, then that is even better.
Leo loves her to death, almost literally in this case though; he pulls her tail, tries to stick his fingers in her eyes, nose and mouth and experiments on how best to pull hands full of hair out of her back.
Knowing all that, I keep a close eye out for both Mia and Leo. Mia is getting rather weary of all this loving and is starting to growl as soon as Leo even points in her direction. I don't think she will hurt him, but since it is better to be safe then sorry, I stick around, jump in the middle and prod both to go their own way.
In spite of this 'uneasy truce', it is obvious they love eachother.
If they didn't, I could never have snapped this shot. :-)
