A Day Of Play

Date of occurrence:
March 20, 2010.

It is a beautiful day and since we have all three grandchildren, we decided taking them to the playground of the elementary school nearby. Little Miss Emmy is still way too small to participate in the climbing, running and swinging, but she basks in the full attention her aunt is giving her while her brothers are investigating all the playing equipment.

The boys see so much, they hardly know where to start. Ah, a slide; that is familiar. They climb up the ladder and have a blast taking turns and sliding down. From there it is on to climbing over and through huge tires, dug half in the ground.

The greatest fun of all though is this: ---->
Both boys love it so much and are laughing their little heads off when the tire swings any unexpected direction.

It is so good to see those sparkling eyes and the smiles on their faces. We need, want and will do this more often; it is fun for all. :-)
